Emilee Arnold is a visual journalist attending Western Kentucky University in the Mahurin Honors College in her home city of Bowling Green, Ky, currently interning at the Chautauquan Daily in upstate New York. She is set to graduate with a B.A. in photojournalism in May 2025.

In summer 2023, Emilee interned through the Kentucky Press Association with Appalachian Newspapers, Inc., covering five eastern Kentucky and West Virginia counties. Her work has taken her throughout the state and beyond, from flood sites to religious communities and tornado survivors' homes. Her current internship at the Chautauquan Daily has her covering lectures, events and lifestyle content for daily publication.

Emilee is also a current staff photographer for the Talisman, WKU's student-run life and culture publication. She was previously a staff photographer and photo editor for the College Heights Herald and an intern with WKU's Center for Gifted Studies.

She is a 2023 CPOY finalist and winner of three Kentucky Press Association awards.
